About Rebecca

Hello. I'm Rebecca Nash, I am a BACP accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor that offers therapy to individuals throughout the UK. I work out of my private practice at Harley Street Therapy Centre in Bank, London. I work online via Zoom or Telephone giving you access to a private space to explore your current feelings from the comfort of your own home.

I am a fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapist that works with a wide range of concerns and am on the BACP register (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.)

I have worked within both the Charity and Private Sectors and have experience in working short-term (6-20 sessions) and also on an open-ended basis.

My approach is an Integrative one which means I draw on different ways of working that are bespoke and specific to what is best for you.

To me everybody is unique, we all have our own experiences of life with all its traumas, conflicts, dilemmas, and aspirations. Life can often be difficult to talk about and can vary from day to day anxiety to more difficult situations. Therapy allows you to make sense of these experiences no matter their size, and speaking to someone trained to really listen can help you express those feelings in a private safe space.

My approach focuses on you by offering a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space from which we can explore and help you develop understanding of your inner world - Let's work and explore it together!

I gained my Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University London. Other qualifications include a PostGraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regents University London, a Bachelors Degree from The University of Manchester, and a Foundation Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University London. I also have CPD and experience of working with Anxiety, Depression and Bereavement, Self Confidence, The Inner Critic, Trauma and more.

I am also a BACP accredited registered therapist, and abide by the professional guidelines set out in the BACP's Ethical Framework.
