About Me...

Welcome, I am a fully qualified Integrative therapist based in London and Kent.

I currently work out of my private practice at Harley Street Therapy Centre in Bank, London. I also work online via Zoom or Telephone giving you access to a private space to explore your current feelings from the comfort of your own home, whatever your location.

I am an accredited and experienced Psychotherapist that is on the BACP register (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapist) and abide by their code of ethics.

I have extensive experience of counselling individuals in my private practice working with EAP's and private referrals. I also have experience of offering therapy to both the Public and Private Sectors working  both short term and long term.

My approach is an Integrative one which means I draw on different ways of working that are bespoke and specific to what is best for you.

To me everybody is unique, we all have our own experiences of life with all its traumas, conflicts, dilemmas, and aspirations. Life can often be difficult to talk about and can vary from day to day anxiety to more difficult situations. Therapy allows you to make sense of these experiences no matter their size, and speaking to a therapist can help you express those feelings in a private safe space.

Coming to therapy can be daunting at first, and it is important to find a therapist you feel comfortable enough with to be vulnerable. My approach focuses on you by offering a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space from which we can explore and help you develop understanding of your inner world.
